Everyone
Mike Jones and Jason Hirschhorn, who have each done a great job from both operationally and products, rose to co-presidents and assume the responsibilities of Owen. I am grateful to Owen for their hard work, and I ask you to join me to wish him well in the future. Has worked to reorient and revitalize the company, and I think MySpace is pointed in the right direction and valuable momentum – we have added more than 1.5 million users and grew significantly in time spent last month – as a result of many their efforts. His departure is effective immediately, and the appointment of Mike and JasonOwen had an incredible challenge to take the lead of MySpace in a difficult period. Today we announced that Owen Van Natta, is stepping down as CEO of MySpace. However, Owen discuss their priorities for the future both personally and professionally, both agreed it was best to resign at this time. While this may be a surprising turn of events for some of you, I am absolutely sure that this change is best for all parties involved and – most importantly – the business of MySpace.
Since joining in April, their efforts at product development and operational fronts have been vital to our recent progressI’ll let Mike and Jason inform you all for your enthusiasm about the future and its priorities for the business in the future, but I would like to express my confidence in his ability to lead this new chapter MySpace and promising.
Thank you all for your continued hard work, and please join me in congratulating Mike and Jason in his new role and wish Owen all the best in the future
Best
Jo

Today, MySpace has undergone a change of management, with Owen will leave the post of general director and the two of us to assume the role of co-chairs
Owen took a big challenge when he joined MySpace, and we are grateful for his leadership during the past months. Please join us to thank Owen for his hard work and wish him well in his future endeavors
Our collective efforts have MySpace point in the right direction. We believe that our value proposition is incredibly strong and we are seeing early indicators that our strategy is working as our traffic starts to stabilize and that users will reward us with more time
An example of this is the product of new technology, organization and structure, to be completed this weekIn the direction of the business through the next phase, our job is to create an environment that will enable you all to build on this foundation in the structure of agile and simple as possible.
We believe – as much as we did when we met in April – that MySpace is a unique platform with a dedicated user base that supports free expression and social networking content
We hope to continue our partnership and work together with you to deliver the next generation of the MySpace experience for users, partners and advertisers
Please wait for more details on that frontNext week, we will arrange a meeting, “All Hands on Maple Drive to communicate directly with you to ensure that everyone is clear about our company’s vision, objectives and role in our success.
Thanks again for all your hard work and hope to catch up with you in person next week
